Meet Our Founder

Mark Szotkowski

With over 27 years of experience across building and managing technology organizations from leading indirect and direct sales organizations, managing the back-office operations, and creating and implanting business strategies for long term performance.  This experience is uniquely beneficial to Suppliers entering The Channel or needing to enhance and augment their Channel Strategies (Virtual Channel Chief services).  Mark also assists business with their IT procurement needs, as well as  corporate Governance/ Risk / Compliance (GRC).   Mark Szotkowski brings a uniquely holistic perspective to advisory services. Based in Orange County, California, Mark has held leadership roles at both fast-growing tech firms and Fortune-500 enterprises, where he:

  • Designed and launched multi-million-dollar partner ecosystems that delivered 30–50% annual revenue uplifts
  • Led RFP and contract negotiations for complex voice, data, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives—securing savings of up to 25% on total spend
  • Developed GRC frameworks for publicly traded companies, aligning SEC, SOC, and industry-specific requirements to reduce executive and corporate liability

A former principal as well as initially Channel Chief for a leading Managed Cloud Computing company, Mark is passionate about translating technical complexity into actionable roadmaps. When he’s not architecting channel strategies or refining compliance controls, you’ll find him, mentoring up-and-coming Channel Partners, investigating new IT technologies that are reshaping the industry, or soaking up the sun and coastal breezes trying to improve his lackluster golf game.
